I have read your petition. If the Alderman is seeking to rezone this property, this project would not be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals for that process. A rezoning of the property would be heard by the Committee on Zoning and then voted on by City Council. The Zoning Board hears requests for variations, special uses and appeals of a decision of the office of the Zoning Administrator. You should contact to the Committee on Zoning to get more information on public participation.
