If you care about improving the dining experience at Rutgers–Camden, please consider signing

Students at Rutgers–Camden deserve a dining program that listens to them and reflects the diversity of our campus. In the short time he served here, Executive Chef James Todaro worked to make that happen.

Chef Todaro introduced new cultural dishes, created special dining events, and actively engaged with students about the food being served. Many students felt the dining experience was becoming more inclusive, creative, and representative of the community on our campus.

He also built a strong and supportive kitchen environment, mentoring younger staff and encouraging professional growth among the dining team.

Many members of the Rutgers–Camden community believe he was not given enough time to fully develop the improvements he had begun.

By signing this petition, we ask university leadership to reconsider this decision and allow Chef Todaro the opportunity to continue building a stronger dining experience for students and staff at Rutgers–Camden.
