Support the 9 June letter calling for a socially just and green recovery from Covid-19

The Issue

In a letter published on 9 June the caring leaders of over 150 big businesses, professional bodies, organisations, and from public life called on The Government to use the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to create a socially just and green recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

But your caring voice matters too.

You can be a leader too by adding your voice to theirs.

Their letter is here https://www.unglobalcompact.org.uk/letter-to-the-prime-minister/

Although it is only two pages long, it makes a compelling case for:

1 - Prioritising the most vulnerable in our society and levelling-up regional and societal inequalities

2 – Building coherent policies for a healthy planet

3 – Uniting all sectors behind a plan to build a stronger and more resilient economy.

If you want those things too, please add your name to the letter by signing this petition.

(Yes, the letter is notionally to the UK Prime Minister… but in reality it is to politicians in every country… so please sign it wherever in the world you are based)
