On January 10, 2025, the SCOTUS case:  https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/DocketFiles/html/Public/24-5854.html was distributed for conference.  On January 13, 2025, the SCOTUS denied to ‘hear’ the petition.  The denial does not mean that they agree with the lower courts or the on the merits of the lower courts’ decision, instead it means that they decided not to ‘hear’ the case and the lower courts’ decision stands.  As mayor, I will go forward with the campaign policies as detailed under Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention.

I am extremely honored that the SCOTUS accepted my case and added it to the docket, and that they distributed it for conference.  I am extremely honored that the case went up to the SCOTUS as rapidly as it did.  In as little as two years, the SCOTUS accepted at the case, added it to the docket and distributed it for conference - most cases take several years to get this far.

And lastly, I am honored that the SCOTUS reviewed all of the evidence, information, and videos that were provided and no matter the outcome, the evidence, information, and videos are logged and documented with SCOTUS; and I am confident that future law enforcement cases and subsequent SCOTUS rulings will take into consideration the evidence, information, and videos that were submitted.
