Tenlee was born on January 2, 2008. She is now 4 1/2 years old! She was born and raised in WI by her single mother, Taryn Meinholz.

Now, after 4 years her "biological father" Brad Becker is seeking visitation rights in the State of Illinois.

In most situations, I agree that a father should be a part of a child's life, however our circumstances are much different. Brad and Taryn have never had any relations prior to conception and he is as much of a stranger to Taryn, as he is to Tenlee.
In the four years, he has seen Tenlee a hand-full of occasions with little to no interaction. He has never been with her alone. Only supervised visits were allowed with me or a family member.

We have a final court hearing on September 26th, 2012 that will determine if Brad is seen as "fit" to get visitation with Tenlee every other weekend in the state of ILLINOIS.
This puts Tenlee on the road for 4 hours on a Friday evening/Saturday morning and again on Sunday for another 4 hours. Is that is what's in the "best interest of the child"?

Tenlee's life is HERE. Her friends, her family, her school!

My concerns are his house not being suitable for Tenlee. Not knowing if he is capable of caring for my child properly. Noting* To my knowledge he does not have a bed for her to sleep in, toys for her to play with, clothes for her or food for her to eat. He has never cared for a child before.
