Support Stray Animals in Fremont, CA

The Issue

A stray animal came to our house. This poor little bird wandered the streets, but he now has a home with us as we brought him in and it provided us happiness since that day onward as we see him every day. Therefore, this bird rescue experience generates our motivation to rescue every stray animal in Fremont, CA.

There are many stray animals in Fremont. There are many homeless and sick stray animals wandering the streets with cut paws, fur that is balding, persistent coughs, and wails. Shelters are underfunded and overpopulated, lacking the necessary funds and space to save every animal that wanders.

This project seeks to create better funding and avenues for shelters in the community and hopefully more neutering services within city limits. In a perfect world, all stray animals should have some shelter or shelter feeding station supported by the city. Educating the community about having animals and stray animals would allow for less homelessness population of animals in the future.

This can be done through various citizens volunteering to help get feeding stations or animal shelters set up in strategic areas of Fremont while providing aggressive education to avoid future issues with strays.

Animals deserve the same compassion that every human is given. Sign this petition so that Fremont city leaders can devise a plan to better manage this issue and ultimately help every stray animal in the community so they aren't left behind. With your signature, you will ensure this issue gets proper attention and not brushed aside like so many other complaints. Join my team and sign this petition for all the stray animals out there who cannot talk for themselves.
