The Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees & Historic Preservation Committee have been holding up Share Kitchen & Bar Room’s plans to enclose their patio for several years now without clear reasoning. Considerable time and effort has been spent on this design to be respectful of the historic nature and character of the existing building. What started out as a plan for growth has morphed into a plan for survival in a post-pandemic world. If this continues, small Mom & Pop businesses in the village will be replaced by corporate chains who can weather the slow-moving process.
