The proponents of this bill are organizing as well, asking Baltimore City police officers to attend the hearing tomorrow to show their support. We have to let them know parents won't be intimidated. We will have our say. Last night, Common and John Legend won an Oscar for Glory. Their acceptance speech reminds us why we don't need guns in schools. Currently there are more African Americans incarcerated than were enslaved.
