Dear all supporters,

We are in the final stages of the process and many of us Sainsbury's staff have been forced to sign the new contracts, not because we agree with them, but we have no choice- it's still either SIGN OR RESIGN resulting in 9000 of us mainly older workers seeing our actual wages plummet in 18 months time.

BUT THE FIGHT IS NOT OVER YET

Unite the Union are challenging Sainsbury's with a Collective Grievance over its members being forced to sign and is collecting feedback from its members regarding age discrimination.
