Right now, these nurses are fighting for a fair contract — one that ensures safe staffing levels, competitive wages, and improved earned time offerings to support their well-being and the sustainability of our hospital.

Without fair staffing and fair compensation, our nurses cannot continue to meet the needs of our community.
