Ringo and now Dave (a homeless man who is featured on Ringo Vision on YouTube) are banned from West Croydon. I have not had a response from Croydon Council regarding a written request to establish the reasons why Ringo was banned from West Croydon. The council are doing NOTHING to solve the homeless crisis, yet they are allowing the drug dealers to operate on London Road.
The drug dealers are harassing the local community, both young and old! School children are witnessing drugs being sold and consumed on their way to and from school. No child should be subjected to harassment or persuaded to take drugs, sell drugs or have inappropriate relations with grown men!!!
Please sign and share this petition far and wide. Ringo needs to be able to return to West Croydon, cook for the homeless, and the Council should provide him with adequate space to cook from!
