Thank you for all your support. It has been invaluable.  Final ask, if you live in Cambridge and if you could make public comment at tomorrow's City Council meeting at 5:30 pm that would be fantasitic and very important to bringing this project to fruition.

Pre-registration required and comments will be limited to 1 minute by zoom or in person. Instructions below.

When called upon:

State: Full Name, address, item, (which is  “City Managers Report 2026-174) and a brief statement of why you support synthetic turf at Ahern. ( I suggest writing a sentence or two that you can simply read)

The meeting starts promptly at 5:30 with Public Comment the first order of business. Public Comment will likely last for 1-2 hours, so where you will be slotted depends on when you sign up. I know this is a big ask, but it is important.

To make comment you have to register in advance, by 4:00 pm or so tomorrow.  The earlier the better.

 As I mentioned,  comments can be made by zoom or in person.

 2.) When you register It will ask you for the Agenda item which is:

City Managers Agenda Item #11

3.) If you select zoom, (they will send you a link), You will need to pay attention to the list via the link, and be ready to go.  They will activate your microphone link just prior to your speaking time.

4.) If you show up in person, they will call your name in sequence.

5.) When its your turn (I suggest writing our your comments prior-remember its only one minute, and even 30 secs will help)
