Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for signing the petition to support traffic calming on Pine Street! Please continue to share, as we are still gaining momentum and gathering signatures.

I wanted to point out two important upcoming opportunities to stay involved:

🚲 Speak at Public Comment – Tuesday, May 20
We encourage you to speak about this during the public comment session at the next Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) meeting.

When: Monday, May 20 – Please arrive by 6:45 PM to sign up, as they take away the list when the meeting begins at 7.

Where: Manchester City Hall – One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH

Even a short comment can help show community support! If you haven’t made a public comment before, you can use this guide - but just talking about your own experience as a cyclist, pedestrian, or driver is enough. If you would prefer to call or write a message to your Alderman, see this document. Find your ward here

📅 QCBC Advocacy Group Monthly Meeting – Monday, May 19 at 5:30 PM
You are invited to join the Queen City Bicycle Collective advocacy group for their monthly meeting. It's a great way to:

  • Connect with others passionate about bike/pedestrian advocacy
  • Get ideas or help preparing your public comment
  • Learn how to stay involved in local efforts

Location: QCBC Workshop – 37 Elm St, Manchester, NH

Let’s keep the momentum going to make Manchester safer and more accessible for all! I'll be in touch again soon.

Thank you again,

Lauren Getts
