For too long, the rights of free Floridians have been undermined by outdated laws and corporate interests. The time to secure the fundamental right to cultivate and possess cannabis for personal use—without interference or fear of retribution—is now. We believe these rights must be incorporated into our constitution so to ensure they are upheld and protected in the face of corporate greed and public corruption.

The aim is to raise awareness & participation; and gather a statement of commitment from at least one million Floridians to support a crucial proposal that grants adults aged 21 and over, in our beautiful state, the fundamental right to cultivate, possess, and transfer cannabis without remuneration. 

The proposal allows for personal cultivation in secure, enclosed canopy areas, limited to 100 square feet in a person's private residence.

Additionally, it protects the right to gift and possess of up to two pounds of dried cannabis, without implicitly authorizing commercial activity or sales.

This measure is not just about "legalizing marijuana"; it’s about retaking control of our personal freedoms and natural rights as citizens of nation that once took pride in the promise of liberty and justice for all.

By supporting this proposal, we are choosing personal discretion over corporate control and reasonable policy over needless regulation.
