Our teachers have always been there for our kids, guiding them through not just academic challenges but life lessons too. Now, they need our support more than ever. Our teachers are facing conditions that are straining their ability to provide the quality education our children deserve. Increased workloads, stagnant wages, and a lack of necessary resources are among the many challenges they face. This situation is untenable and cannot continue if we want to ensure the best for our students.
