To the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College: 

We, the undersigned alumni and parents, wish to express our unqualified support for President Beilock's clear, principled, and expeditious dealing with the recent “encampment” issue. 

We applaud her swift action and clear communication, which both respect free speech and enforce existing College policies. Her leadership has prevented the situation from devolving into a venue for hate, violence, and antisemitism, as we have seen at peer institutions.

We urge the Board to publicly express its support for President Beilock in this matter now.  She is a model of strong, principled, effective campus leadership.
