Rescued from slaughter six years ago, she has lived peacefully with my children and me in Fort Erie until recently, when we moved to Port Colborne. The entire community here, except for one neighbour, loves and supports her. Their goal seems to be to force us and sweet Octavia out of our home.
Octavia has deeply bonded with our family. She is as lovely a neighbour as one can hope for, quiet and friendly, bringing joy to all who meet her. Removing her from the environment she has known and loved would be not only unjust but also detrimental to her well-being.
