The Issue
The park will:
§ Establish an aesthetically pleasing and environmentally-friendly off-leash recreation area (Dog Park) ~ dedicated to the 9/11 Search and Rescue Animals
§ Provide ongoing maintenance of Dog Park
§ Host Animal Educational events
§ Be a resource in dog-related matters
§ Encourage the humane treatment of animals in an effort to prevent animal cruelty
§ Encourage multi-generational socialization
