Support more sidewalks and trails in Vadnais Heights

Support more sidewalks and trails in Vadnais Heights
The Issue
87% of Vadnais Heights residents support more trails and sidewalks in the city, but a vocal minority is demanding that the City "halt" plans for a street upgrade on Greenhaven Drive that will include a trail and improved stormwater management! Join us in letting City Council know you want safe paths for walking, biking, etc.
About the Greenhaven Drive Improvement Project
Proposed plans would:
- Create safer routes for walkers / cyclists by adding a trail separated from traffic
- Improve accessibility for folks with mobility challenges
- Encourage safer driving speeds without narrowing driving lanes
- Decrease flooding / pooling after storms
- Improve water quality and beautify the neighborhood by creating green spaces that provide both visual interest and pollutant filtering
