Hi, I'm Souren Nemo. My Higher studies discontinued due to financial crisis. As my family income very low. Many candidates like me also have facing same problem. I am not getting any loan as because myself belong low income family. Financial Institutions sanctioned loan for the government employees and his/her family members. Not for unorganized sector worker (those have no stable income).

Solution: 

First, financial institutions easily sanctioned loan without any mortgage. Low interest rate for those who have not avail any financial support till now.

Secondly, NGO, Generous person donate or debt with no interest rate for meritorious and hard working candidate.

Thirdly, if we setup a fund for Higher studies for poor meritorious students and provide loan with no interest rate.(For those who have not avail any financial support from anywhere till now)

Fourth, West Bengal State Govt or Central Govt to launch a new loan scheme or make amends to the existing loan schemes to make it easier for youth to get loan.( for those who have not avail any financial support from anywhere till now)
