The landlord and the management company has neglected to repair the damages in the apartments; despite numerous calls and letter from the building's tenants requesting them to take care of the problems in their apartments and the landlords and management company that owns the building refuse to make the necessary repairs claiming that the residents "have neglected to pay rent". The landlords and the management company that owns the building have put greed and profit over the safety and well-being of the tenants, who have families and small children. This needs to be addressed and consequences need to be enforced on the landlord and management company for their continued neglect of the jobs that they had promised to their tenants.
