For the individuals and families in the state of New Jersey and wherever you are in the United States on Section 8, Biden has proposed a Renter's Bill of Rights to help those struggling with paying their rent this year. It seems the landlords with Section 8 tenants (families and individuals alike) are raising their rents or selling their properties, tossing their tenants out on the street, and making money from this and other despicable activities to make a tidy profit...all at the renter's expense.
