Just a quick note to let you know the good news. Only four alders voted against reimbursing Chief Koval his legal fees. Which means he's getting his money back. Two more nays and he would have lost. A couple alders mentioned the letters they received from the public in support of Chief Koval. I believe this made a huge difference. They also voted to award Madison PD with the mayoral proclamation Steve designed. Hugs to all of you who took the time to write and / or to attend the council meeting this evening. You got angry.
