The chief is our guest speaker, so you know the presentation will be engaging. And afterward, you can stop by and chat with him - or with any of us. Chief Koval is generous with his time, and loves meeting people. Actually, he's the reason why Midvale Heights Neighborhood Watch group is so strong. You can also meet our neighborhood officer, Dustin Pailing, as well as volunteers with Capital K-9s. Free goodies will be provided, too. If you're motivated, our volunteers are collecting items, such as toiletries, pajamas, and slippers for Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS).
