Hi everyone, A hard copy of the petition with your signatures and comments was delivered to the City-Council meeting on Wednesday morning. It was an absolute thrill to see page after page of support coming through that printer. Again, thank you! Next Tuesday (7/19) evening, the first item on the agenda of the Common Council meeting will be this petition. There will be people there speaking in support of it . . .and MPD. You are most welcome to attend the meeting - you don't have to speak unless you want to. The petition will be addressed at about 6:30pm-ish. I know we're all busy people - we work, contribute to our communities, take care of loved ones. But if you could spare even a few minutes to show support for MPD, that would be awesome. If not, I completely understand. As for the new batch of signs just printed, looks like the supply has again been depleted. This is a testament of how much Madisonians love their MPD.
