You can submit testimony by:

• Attending the Hearing on Tues, Feb 13 at 10am. There will also be a Press Conference on the steps of City Hall at 9:15am. Bring your signs and your voice!

• Writing testimony and submitting at council.nyc.gov/testify/.
  The deadline for written testimony is Fri, Feb 16 at 10am.
