Men's lacrosse is finally coming back to the Mecca and we need your help. The members and supporters of the Howard University Lacrosse Club are petitioning the university administration to consider and support our participation in the NCL, a lacrosse league that has been providing HBCU teams a platform to play and grow the game of lacrosse in our communities. As a young club, all we need is the chance to play and showcase the hard work our team has put in to get this far and to have this opportunity.

We have already shown that we have the potential to compete on that stage in our debut scrimmage as an official university club team this year. We had the opportunity to face against the 2023 NCL champions, Morgan State University and held our own in a close 9-12 loss against a well-established program that routinely wins by 10+ in the league. With more scrimmages set for the spring, we plan to prove what we can do regardless of who's in front of us.
