We write this letter with utmost respect to express our sincere appreciation for the exemplary public service rendered by **Shri A.V. Ranganath, IPS**, and to respectfully request your continued support for officers who uphold the highest standards of integrity, courage, and commitment to public service.

Throughout his distinguished career, Shri A.V. Ranganath has earned widespread respect as a fearless and principled officer. His unwavering commitment to upholding the rule of law, protecting public lands, preventing illegal encroachments, and strengthening civic administration has significantly enhanced public confidence in governance. His transparent, decisive, and citizen-centric approach has demonstrated that honest and accountable administration can effectively safeguard the interests of society.

In recent years, his leadership has been particularly commendable in protecting public properties, lakes, nalas, parks, roads, and other government lands from illegal encroachments and organized land grabbing. Under his guidance, his team has undertaken courageous and sustained efforts to identify, reclaim, and restore numerous public assets that had fallen into the clutches of land grabbers and anti-social elements. These actions are not merely about recovering land—they are about preserving Telangana's natural resources, environmental balance, and public infrastructure for future generations. By protecting lakes, water channels, and public spaces, he has helped safeguard ecological assets that are critical for flood mitigation, groundwater recharge, biodiversity, and sustainable urban development.

These decisive actions have undoubtedly faced resistance from powerful vested interests. Nevertheless, Shri Ranganath and his team have carried out their responsibilities with remarkable professionalism, impartiality, and dedication, earning the admiration and trust of countless law-abiding citizens across Telangana.

We understand that the Hon'ble High Court has recently directed the State Government to transfer Shri A.V. Ranganath in connection with judicial proceedings. We have the highest respect for the judiciary and fully recognize that all judicial directions must be implemented in accordance with the law. At the same time, we believe it is equally important to acknowledge the immense public goodwill, credibility, and confidence that Shri Ranganath has earned through years of fearless and selfless service.

Hon'ble Sir, officers who discharge their duties impartially and take firm action against influential vested interests often face extraordinary challenges. Such officers deserve institutional encouragement and moral support so that they can continue serving the people fearlessly while remaining fully accountable under the law.

We respectfully request your good office to continue encouraging and supporting honest, upright, and dedicated officers like Shri A.V. Ranganath.
