Dear Community Allies of the Frederick Community College Faculty,

We are now one year into negotiating our first union contract, and still do not have an agreement. This leaves faculty without a protected voice, equitable and transparent policies, or adequate compensation.

We need your help to show our President and her designees  that we need a fair contract NOW!

Please join us for a ThanksFaculty Rally on 11/20! From 12-1PM in our central campus quad we will have postcards you can write to President Cheek, a photo booth, snacks, music, an open mic, and other actionables to show your gratitude to faculty and your support for a fair contract.
