Hi there.

I’ve been in hospital due to my Chronic Pain, under suspicion of endometriosis being the main cause and I am currently in the process of getting a second opinion.

I do not have quality of life due to the pain I am suffering with daily. 

Anti-inflammatories have been proven to not work in my body and system over the last several years.

Panadene Forte brings my level 7/8 pain down to a 5/6. 

Fentanyl is not a pain killer I respond to. 

Morphine can bring the pain down to a bearable 2/3 level pain, which means I can work and do things around the house, ya know - act normally.

Endone dulls the pain to a 4/5 level but makes me incredibly shaky and anxious, causing me to become sickly.

I have spent the last two days curled into a ball crying in pain. 
I am lucky if I get four hours of sleep.
I am lucky if I can walk two meters to turn on a light and get back to bed.

I cannot work. I cannot eat. I cannot drive. I cannot shower. I cannot change my clothes. I cannot make it to the bathroom. I cannot function as a normal human being.

I do not have quality of life and the treatments I have gotten at Wyong Hospital have been abhorrent. I would get better treatment if I gave up and decided to end the suffering all together. 

All I need to end this pain is a hysterectomy. This would allow me to act and function as an ordinary human being with no pain. No suffering. It would stop the suffering, end the torture I am suffering daily.

I do not want children, I actually detest the idea of children and think that they are parasites. I have extreme Tokophobia (fear of pregnancy and birth) to the point where I would end my own existence if a pregnancy test came back positive. 

I have Antisocial Personality Disorder - meaning that I have been diagnosed as a sociopath. I cannot raise a child without it effecting their livelihood as I am too selfish and uncaring to raise a child, let alone have a family of my own.

With all of this in mind I have a favour to ask all of you. Please sign the petition as this will allow me to show my new gynaecologist that there are people who support my medical journey to get a hysterectomy. 

Here are the specifics I want for the Hysterectomy as I have done extensive research on this subject.

I want a Total Hysterectomy to be completed by laparoscopic or abdominal keyhole surgery. This type of hysterectomy would remove my Uterus and Cervix, allowing the Ovaries to stay for hormone production. However, I am open to a Radical Hysterectomy done via abdominal or laparoscopic surgery, this procedure would remove everything, including my ovaries and fallopian tubes meaning I need to go on hormone therapy afterwards.

I just want the pain to stop and to be able to live and function like a normal person.
