Good morning! Last Friday, I had the opportunity to meet with Georgia State Representative Debora Silconx (R) - Sandy Springs thanks to a mutual friend who also happens to be suffering through HOA abuse. I'm asking for anyone with an HOA abuse story to contact Representative Silcox and request legislation that is simple and easy to follow. The current bills have no teeth and are completely bloated causing a lack of support from the Republican-controlled state government. If you have any proposals, send those too! If reform is going to happen in GA, there has to be Republican support and she is the one who is most likely to support it given the fact that her constituents in Sandy Springs are more likely to live in HOA communities whether they be single-family homes, townhomes or condos
