HOA President Voted Out Who Refuse to Step Down Goes on the Assault

As many of you already know, I started this petition after dealing with HOA corruption at the Peyton Place Condominium Association under Clare Cherry (pictured being arrested). See video here. Yesterday January 23, 2024 around 1 pm ET, while NBC 11ALive reporter Rebecca Lindstrom was covering the condo HOA corruption story that will soon premier for an exposé, Cherry redirected her attention to me while I too recorded and charged at me swatting my phone and hand forcing me to have to take defensive measures to protect myself. This resulted in the Atlanta Police Department arriving and reviewing footage that led to her arrest. After the reporter questioned her about HOA funds and the dilapidation of the property, Cherry became further enraged and denied all accusations. Cherry will now have an arrangement for these charges on February 27, 2024 @ 8 am. 

We are still attempting to raise funds as the civil case via the derivative action is the only way we can make sure she is legally barred from claiming to represent the HOA after she was voted out. This is the firm we have retained to file the derivative action lawsuit that we will be eligible to legally file on February 19, 2024 in Fulton County Superior Court. GA Senate Hearing:

This upcoming Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 4 pm ET the Georgia State Senate Urban Affairs Committee will be having a meeting to discuss legislation related to HOA oversight to combat abusive HOA organizations. I will redirect focus to state officials to fight for these critical changes. In nearby Florida and South Carolina, they have some protective measures while we in Georgia have none. The only way to stop a tyrannical HOA in GA is to raise $10k+ to go to civil court.
