Until we get the Atlanta City Council to address HOA corruption at the city level for hundreds of communities, I am asking you all to email Atlanta Police Major Felicia Claxton at fclaxton@atlantaga.gov and ask her why she is not cooperating with investigating the placing of HOA funds into the personal bank account of HOA board member Abebe Abay when there is a verified HOA bank account in operation for community business.

I hope with your help we can get answers as to why she feels there is nothing further for them to investigate. At the minimum, we should be informed if they even looked into the private account of this individual since they are on tape admitting to such. APD would not confirm if they subpoenaed the private account, rather only stating they looked into the primary account but that was not the source of complaint! What kind of police work is this?!
