I am a full-time worker living in social accommodation. Despite my best efforts, I struggle to pay all my bills and provide food for myself and my child. This is not a unique story; it's the reality of many working-class individuals in our society today.

The working class, which constitutes a significant portion of our population, is often overlooked when it comes to financial support from the government. We are not asking for handouts but rather policies that enable us to survive and thrive in today's economy. This could include raising minimum wages or implementing more robust social safety nets that protect us during times of economic hardship.

Our plea is simple - we need our government to recognize this issue and take action so that those who work hard can live with dignity without constantly worrying about their next meal or bill payment.
