We, the residents of APEX Apartments, call on the management to extend the current pool hours to better accommodate our community's needs and schedules.

Current Pool Hours:

Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Why This Change is Necessary:

Resident Lifestyle and Schedules: APEX Apartments primarily houses college students whose schedules often include classes, study sessions, internships, and part-time jobs. These commitments frequently extend beyond the current pool closing times, limiting residents' ability to enjoy the pool during weekdays.
Increased Evening Accessibility: Many residents would benefit from extended pool hours, particularly in the evenings. Longer hours would allow more flexibility for those who want to unwind or exercise after a long day of academic and professional activities.
Health and Wellbeing: Access to recreational facilities like the pool is essential for physical and mental well-being. Allowing evening access would support healthier lifestyles among residents.
Liability Agreements Already in Place: When signing the lease at APEX Apartments, residents have already agreed to abide by safety rules and regulations, including those governing pool use. Additionally, it is understood that all swimmers swim at their own risk. Extending the pool hours would not increase management's liability, as residents are responsible for their safety and conduct within the premises.

Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
