On 10/6/25, the Plainville Town Council held a meeting to discuss changes that were made to Plainville's Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). This document guides how land is used and developed in Plainville and highlights the specific need to preserve open space in town. The changes in question were made without going through the proper process so we are continuing to push for more answers and transparency.
