In the beginning of the pandemic, we expanded the patio at Estoria into the parking lot to accommodate customers and social distancing. Overtime, this patio extension has become pivotal to why people love Estoria so much! We have so many wonderful customers who come to Estoria specifically because of our patio’s accessibility and openness. 

Here is where we need your help: code enforcement has cited Estoria's extended patio on violations regarding parking and square footage. For some reason, Estoria is being scapegoated to enforce antiquated codes that require establishments to have overzealous parking accommodations per square footing. It’s been a tough battle and right now we’ve hit a standstill and are not legally allowed to have a patio that extends into our parking lot.  

The landscape of Atlanta is changing and blueprints are calling for spaces that prioritize people over parking, and other means of transportation aside from personal vehicles.

We are hoping that the Estoria patio can stay indefinitely and you can help us make that happen!

Help us show the city that our extended patio is widely loved, appreciated, and supported by signing this petition! It will help us show that we should receive code variances that would allow for us to better accommodate the influx of foot & bike traffic from the Beltline, and continue to maintain a safe atmosphere during the ongoing pandemic!
