Where are the resources?

My apartment has now flooded four times, and one of the biggest things I’ve realized through this process is just how difficult it can be to find actual resources when you’re dealing with repeated flooding.

Ive reached out to multiple organizations and agencies, and too often the answer is another phone number, another eligibility restriction, or simply no follow-up.

That’s why I started this petition.

This isn’t just about my situation. It’s about making sure renters, homeowners, landlords, and small businesses know where to turn when flooding happens—and that communities have better resources and support in place.

We’re already getting signatures, but we need more voices.
