My name is Annalisa, and I am a proud 2024 alumna of New Heights Charter School of Brockton. Through the Early College program, I was able to earn my high school diploma while simultaneously earning my Associate’s Degree—a life-changing opportunity that has set me on a path toward higher education and success. Like many New Heights students, achieving post-secondary education had once felt like an unattainable dream. However, Early College made that dream a reality, providing the guidance, resources, and academic rigor necessary to bridge the gap between high school and higher education.

Despite the incredible success of this program, continued support is needed to ensure its sustainability and expansion. Increased funding is essential to providing students with access to college courses, academic advising, and career development resources. Additionally, expanding partnerships with colleges and universities, as well as local businesses, will create greater opportunities for students to gain real-world experience and a competitive edge in the workforce. With the right investments, we can ensure that more students have access to a pathway that leads to college and meaningful careers.
