Dundee University's nursery has, for decades, provided an important resource for staff, students and children: providing excellent childcare as part of the University community. Although the University Nursery played no part in causing the financial crisis at the University, it has been affected by both staff cuts and senior management failures after the crisis - meaning that the number of nursery staff, and the number of children the nursery can care for, have been significantly reduced. Currently, the Principal has refused to confirm that the nursery will remain open after August this year, creating significant uncertainty.

Please sign this petition to ask Dundee University to commit to properly supporting and funding the University Nursery - investing so that they can increase staffing and class sizes, and continue providing excellent childcare and important support for staff and students here for decades to come.
