Dan’s challenge in the Federal Court of Australia will be on 26 August 2025.

Dan, who has no criminal record, has been locked up for over 32 months without any Australian criminal charges being laid against him. 

Meanwhile, his wife Saffrine is trying to hold it all together on the outside. Whilst supporting Dan, she’s challenging the seizure of her own property in the US court system, trying to raise further funds to cover the additional representation required for Dan’s appeal whilst providing a home and support system for the kids. and all the while raising their six kids by herself.
