Fees on frozen assets

Saffrine Duggan’s only asset, her home, was frozen by the US and Australian governments. The ripple effect from this being she was robbed of the ability to sell her property to pay for legal fees and other bills mounting up, whilst Dan remains incarcerated.

As if that wasn’t enough, the kicker is she is still liable to pay the rates on her home even though it has been confiscated.

Saffrine is struggling to make ends meet every single day, forced to be a single mother of six because her husband is still locked away after 970 days without any Australian charges.
