Our thoughts are with Dan and the Duggan family this morning as they head back to court, while elements in the Canberra bureaucracy ramp up their campaign against them. 

Ahead of today’s court hearing, ASIO used the Guardian to claim that a secret report by the Inspector General of Intelligence and Security (IGIS) had found the agency did nothing wrong regarding Dan's arrest.  The family has been refused access to the classified document, but they do know it contains information about an “impropriety” which is being kept secret.

Reports on Nine say this raises questions over whether Dan can get a fair extradition hearing.
