We, the students, parents, and members of the DAS community, respectfully ask the school administration to reconsider the decision regarding Coach Paulino.

Coach Paulino is more than just a coach—he is a mentor, a role model, and a positive influence in our lives. Through his dedication, passion, and commitment, he has helped shape not only our athletic abilities but also our character, discipline, and teamwork.

He has elevated the athletic standards of our teams, leading them to become some of the most successful and respected in our institution. His leadership and vision have transformed our programs, creating a culture of excellence, commitment, and pride.

His impact goes far beyond the classroom or the field. He inspires students to believe in themselves, to push their limits, and to strive for excellence every day. Many of us have grown personally and academically thanks to his support and guidance.

At the same time, we respectfully ask the institution for its support in ensuring that our student-athletes receive the care they deserve. This includes providing proper transportation and the level of attention, safety, and supervision that any institution should guarantee for its athletes.

Removing Coach Paulino would not only affect our teams, but also the entire school community. His presence brings motivation, unity, and stability that cannot easily be replaced. Losing him would be a great loss for all of us.

Therefore, we kindly request that the administration listen to the voices of the students, parents, and community members who value his work and dedication.

We respectfully ask you to allow Coach Paulino to remain in his position.
