The Mental Health – Emergency Evaluation and Involuntary Admission Procedures and Assisted Outpatient Treatment Act was signed into law last Thursday by Governor Wes Moore. Marylanders will now have access to medical treatment for those with severe mental illness when it is needed. Massachusetts is now just 1 of 2 states in the entire country without this life-saving law.

Please email Governor Maura Healey's office here or call (617) 725-4005 to ask the Governor to support bringing AOT to Massachusetts.

Thank you for your support!
