I am saddened to report that the current AOT legislation (S.980/H.1694) filed for this legislative session was placed into study on July 1, 2024. While this is disappointing, we want everyone to know that we have made some great strides this session. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write letters, make calls, and tell their deeply personal stories. All of this has helped us to build alliances putting us in a better position next session when this legislation is refiled. It is not a matter of if AOT will come to Massachusetts, but when!
