For the past 4 years, The Inclusive on Lawrence has tried to bring 1,878 suites of housing to the Black Creek Area. With 70% of the suites being offered through affordable and attainable rental and ownership options, this project sets a precedent for the number of affordable units a developer can present in a project. We, the undersigned residence and supporters of York South-Weston and the surrounding areas of Toronto, strongly advocate for the approval and swift development of the proposed large scale affordable housing project in our community to be located at 1635 Lawrence Ave. W. 

This transformative project will:

Provide approximately 1,878 suites, with 70% designated as affordable housing.

Offer 24-hour daycare, and on-site medical services to support working families.

Stimulate local economic growth, and community development.
