Why this petition?

I've started this petition because this is something I feel passionate about. I'm tired of going places and worrying about if I can get in, if me and my assistance dog will help be welcomed or rejected at the door,if there adequate toilet for me and many more and I know I'm not the only one to experience this

I contacted my local council to be met with a very unhelpful and unwilling to help response.
