STOP Esperanza Charter School from being built on Atlantic Blvd. and 4th Street in East Los Angeles. This construction will hurt Garfield HS. Ednovate wants to build without an environmental report or a community survey. They will bring students from other areas and cause more traffic congestion in East LA. We do not want anymore charters in East LA. We do not want anymore pollution in our community.
