At present panic buying is blocking access to key groceries and products that elderly and less able also need.

Many cannot (and should not have to) 'outrun' or 'out-queue' younger members of the population that are bulk buying. It's not fair and it puts the already vulnerable at further risk.

In some countries, some shops have set a dedicated hour at the beginning of the day for elderly and less able shoppers, so that they can get fair access for their needs.

We ask supermarkets and stores in the UK to help by offering the same.
